The Sothea

Terrace is an all day dining facility with a view of the swimming pool. Continental Breakfast is available for in-house guests starting 4:30 am while hot, set breakfast is on from 6:00 am to 10:00 am. Light fares are available all day long. Sumptuous native delicacies and traditional favorites like butter or chocolate cakes are served fresh in the afternoon matched with a flavorful tea selection.  

Flame is a bar so called because of the candles which dominates the decor-art for this area. Enjoy funky mocktails, artsy cocktails and wines with cigar, as an option in a lounge atmosphere. 

Chatra, the main restaurant is based on a œmarche concept where the resident Chef cooks us a signature dish based on the days freshest market produce. This highlights the dining experience which goes beyond the Khmer and International favorites already featured in the menu. Chatra which in ancient Khmer means Chandeliers referring to the glittering lamps which decors the restaurant's ceiling is also known for its beautiful walk-in wine cellar, and its fantastic views of the musical and dance performances at the Courtyard.
