Specialising in rustic, wholesome Western and Vietnamese cooking, our Dining Room offers a refined yet laidback setting to enjoy tasty, satisfying cuisine at any time of the day. A lavish Continental and Asian buffet breakfast is served every morning, followed by an a la carte lunch and dinner. The Dining Room menu is extensive in both influence and variety, ranging from light bites such as Tapenade croutinis with tuna and Grilled beef salad with watercress to sumptuous specialties such as Breaded sea-bass fillet with vegetable ratatouille & mashed potatoes and Suckling pig with dumplings. Furnished with comfortable booth-like seating upholstered in gold and red satin and art deco inspired wooden chairs and tables, the Dining Room has been exquisitely decorated with an abundance of rich, dark mahogany, frosted candelabra lighting, brass accents and elaborate gold gilt frames holding oil paintings depicting scenes of 18th century Europe to capture the splendor of yesteryear but with a comfortable, contemporary touch. The Dining Room patio also offers al fresco seating, with wrought iron chairs and wooden-top tables set within a leafy garden of frangipani flowers and overlooking the emerald tiled lagoon pool and the burnished orange canvas of the poolside bar gazebo roof. The Dining Room patio is also the setting for our weekly Saturday night barbeque of freshly caught seafood and succulent meats prepared by our international five-star head chef and kitchen team. The Dining Room also features an enclosed wine cellar stocked with over 77 Old and New World wines, with an emphasis on select French labels. Guests are welcome to enjoy a bottle during dinner, within the lobby lounge or in the comfort of their room.
