The Emerald Khao Lak (the former Seagull) has now renovation on the left side before reaching The Briza Beach Resort Khao Lak. They will have minimal noise to Deluxe and Garden Deluxe Rooms and working from 8.00 a.m. - 09.00 p.m. daily, until 30 November 2008. They are also have new villas being built (10 Rooms), Family Rooms (72 Rooms) Superior Rooms (06 Rooms) Swimming Pool, Thai Restaurant.
The Briza will try to accomodate clients on the right hand side of the resort which is not affected by the noise of the former Seagull.
