Starting from Chiang Mai, this exciting four-day package takes you through an array of great attractions like Orchid Nursery, Butterfly Farm and Maetaman Elephant Camp. Elephant, ox-cart and bamboo raft rides will give you a glimpse of how the locals traveled in the old days. The next days are filled with visits to different hill tribes in Chiang Rai, before heading to the renowned Golden Triangle where Thailand, Laos and Myanmar meet.

Itinerary

Day 1 : Chiangmai - Thaton

08:00	Leave from hotel in Chiangmai by 4x4 WD. to visit the beautiful Orchid Nursery and Butterfly farm.
09:30	Continue drive to Mae tang district for Maetaman elephant camp, see the elephant hows by bathing, responds the command, demonstration to work in the jungle by dragging and pushing Logs.
10:30	Experience elephant ride through the jungle for 1 hour, continue by Ox-Cart riding for 15 mins.back to the camp.
12:00	Lunch will be provided at the camp.
13:00	Enjoy the peaceful scenery by take the Bamboo rafting along Maeteang river for 1 hour . On the way , see the nice Lychee and Longan Orchards.
14:00	Drive to Chiang Dao to visit the biggest cave in Chiang Mai at Chiang Dao Cave, see the beautiful Myanmese style Buddha Image beautiful Myanmese style Buddha image and the beautiful stalactite and stalagmite.
15:30	Continue drive Via Fang and Mae Ai, Stop on the way to see the rice mill or the local Market can be done.
17:30	Arrive Thaton, Transfer to Hotel on your reservation. Dinner and Overnight at Hotel.

Day 2 : Thaton - Hilltribe - Chiangrai

07.00	Breakfast at the lodge.
08:00	Leave from the Lodge to see the beautiful Scenery.
09:00	Continue drive up on the hill across to Chiang rai, drive along the bumpy road to visit the primitive Lisu hilltribe village at Baan Hego.
10:00	Drive back to the main road and continue to visit the primitive Akha Tribe at Baan Laoyo explore the village by see their unique costume, customs and simple living.
11:30	Continue up to the top of Doi Mae Salong, see the hilltribe market, shopping the Chinese herb. Walk around to see Chinese Settlement (use to be the Chinese refugee camp or 93rd division of Chiang Kai Chek).
12:30	Lunch at the Chinese restaurant. ( Try the Chinese Food)
13:30	Continue drive along the winding and bumpy road to visit the Yannanmese village at Bann Klang where you can visit Chinese style clay houses. Bann Thai (Lisu), Baan Arsae (Akha), Baan Arle (Akha) and Baan Laosib (Yao)
16:30	Drive to the main road and continue down hill to Maechan and Chiang rai. Dinner and Overnight at hotel in Chiangrai on your reservation.

Day 3 : Doi Tung - Mae Sai - Golden Triangle

08:30	Breakfast at hotel. Leave from hotel via Maechan and up to see the delightful garden at the King’s Mother Garden.
10:30	continue the 4x4 WD. to drive along the Myanmese borderline to see the beautiful scenery pass Doi Chang Moob, Doi Phamee and Mae Sai.
12:00	Lunch will be provided at the local restaurant.
13:00	Visit the Myanmese border, Enjoy Shopping the Myanmese items.
14:00	Continue the trip to the world famous “Golden Triangle” see the panoramic view three countries met (Laos, Myanmar and Thailand ).
15:00	Boat trip on the Maekhong River to Chiang Sean city.
15:30	Visit Wat Chidiluang at Chiang Sean city , the fist capital of Lanna Kingdom.
16:00	Transfer back to Golden Triangle, free at leisure. Dinner and stay overnight at hotel at Golden Triangle on your reservation.

Day 4 : Golden Triangle - Chiang Rai - Bangkok

08:30	Breakfast at hotel. Leave from hotel, drive along the road near by the Mekong River to visit the peaceful temple at Wat Phathat Phangow and continue to visit the most beautiful scenery of the hilltribe village at Baan Meo.
11:00	Transfer back to Chiangrai city.
12:00	Arrive Chiangrai, Lunch at local restaurant.
13:00	Continue the trip to visit Khunkorn Waterfall.
14:30	Transfer to Chiangrai hotel or Chiangrai airport for take the afternoon flight to…
