| Day 1 - Bangkok - Chiang Mai |
• 07:00 Transfer from your Bangkok hotel to domestic
airport.
• 09:20 Depart Bangkok on TG-104
• 10:30 Arrive Chiang Mai and transfer to Chiang
Mai Plaza or similar hotel.
• Day free.
• Accommodations.
• RECOMMENDED OPTION:
• 14:00-17:00 Lampoon & Haripoonchai. Visit
the famous Wat Haripoonchai in Lampoon built in 1157. It is
one of the most sacred monuments in the north, with intricately
lacquered doors, one of the world’s largest bronze gongs
and two fine Buddha images in bronze. Also visit the village
of Pasang, noted for its high-quality silk and cotton weaving.

• 19:15-22:15 Kantoke Dinner. Enjoy a typical Thai
dinner with ancient dances from northern Thailand, followed
by dances and songs by various hilltribes.

| Day 2 - Chiang Mai (B) |
• Breakfast
• 08:00-12:00 Handicraft Factories Tour. Tour of
handicraft factories to see lacquerware production, spinning
and weaving of Thai Silk and making of paper umbrellas. Also
visit a famous Thai wood carving factory with possibility of
buying Burmese antiques.
• 13:30-17:30 Meo & Doi Suthep. A beautiful
drive uphill to visit Meo hilltribes living in simple huts and
speaking their own language. Also visit Wat Doi Suthep, tucked
away in the mountains at 3,520 feet (1,056 meters). The temple
is reached using a Naga railing rising along both sides. The
monastery was built by King Gue-Na in 1383. The center is a
big chedi (spiral pagoda), with partial relics of Lord Buddha.

| Day 3 - Chiang Mai-Bangkok (B) |
• Breakfast
• Morning free.
• RECOMMENDED OPTION:
• 08:00-11.30 Elephants at work. Excursion north
of Chiang Mai to visit a working elephant site. Watch elephants
taking their daily baths in stream before starting to haul timber
in the forest. You will be amazed by their strength and strategic
teamwork. On the way back, visit botanical garden and the orchid
farm.

• 16:00 Transfer from the Chiang Mai Plaza Hotel
to airport.
• 17:15 Depart Chiang Mai by TG-115
