MAKING YOUR BOOKING THROUGH THIS SITE.
Cancellation Policy:
Once full payment has been made, we reserve the right to
charge cancellation or amendment fees up to the maximum amount
of the tour price, per person to cover our administration
and book keeping expenses.
As a general policy or unless otherwise specified, our cancellation
fees can be summarized as follows
Cancellation 30 days or more - full refund
More than 21 days before departure - 70% refund
More than 7 days before departure - 50% refund
Less than 7 days -- no refund
Please note that the condition of some service providers,
particularly airline operators, may not permit any refund
of purchase. If Asia Web Direct Co., Ltd is obligated to cancel
your travel arrangements for any reason, our liability will
be limited to refund all monies paid by you.
If you wish to cancel or amend your booking, you need to
contact us in writing. You cannot cancel or amend a booking
which is confirmed or paid other than by contacting us. Please
note that the net amount you receive in return will include
a 3% deduction to account for the processing fee charged by
the credit card company.
Additionally, although Asia Web Direct Co., Ltd will instruct
the bank to handle the credit processing immediately upon
notification of cancellation, it could take up to four weeks
for the actual credit to reach your account, depending on
your Bank's clearing procedures.
All refunds will be made through your credit card.
The above policy is valid for all packaged tours offered
on Asia Web Direct Co., Ltd. web sites.
Refunds for Unused Services:
No refunds will be made for unused services where a client
terminates the service after it has commenced regardless of
any reason. Claims involving refunds require supporting evidence
of cancellation and you are required to inform Asia Web Direct
Co., Ltd within 30 days after tour completion.
Where refunds for unused services are allowed a service fee
may be charged against the value of the refund to cover our
adminstration and third party expenses. Please ensure that
when requesting a refund, you enclose copies of all relevant
documentation.
