La Residence d'Angkor

Stylishly decorated but supremely relaxed, The Dining Room serves both international and Khmer cuisine in a serene, traditional atmosphere.

Our globally acclaimed team of Chefs feature Executive Chef Chris Butler who offers international dishes with French flair and flavour, and Mee Sarmorn who prepares traditional Khmer cuisine with a contemporary twist.

On occasion, your dinner will be accompanied by the soothing tones of traditional Khmer harp and flute music and dance performances take place three nights a week.

The Dining Room serves breakfast and dinner.

An indoor-outdoor space with views over La Résidence d'Angkor's lush tropical gardens on one side and the Siem Reap river on the other.

This relaxed cocktail and tapas lounge featuring an extensive Martinis Menu is perfect for casual gatherings.

Evening entertainment with performances by local children and lotus flower lessons is offered. ‘The Martinis Lounge’ also provides a games and internet corner with free internet access.

Casual dress is recommended.

The pool bar is an oasis amid the hotel gardens, ideal for a light lunch when you just can't tear yourself away from the beautiful freshwater pool.

Offering light meals, snacks and salads, refreshing cocktails, juices, shakes and beers, it is open at lunchtime only.

Take pleasure in enjoying the experience of La Résidence d’Angkor by sunset in the outdoor “BBQ Restaurant” facing the swimming pool during the late afternoon. A selection of international meats is served fresh off the BBQ grill and Teppanyaki table and can be enjoyed at lunch.

This casual restaurant, in the heart of La Résidence d’Angkor’s lush gardens is an excellent place to have a meal while taking a dip in the swimming pool.

For those who would rather relax and dine in the sanctity of their room there is a wide choice available on our Room Service menu.

Enjoy both international and Khmer delicacies on your private terrace overlooking either the garden, pool or river of Siem Reap.
