A small seaside town on the central coast of Vietnam, around 320 km south of Danang, and 230 km north of Nha Trang. Quy Nhon is known in Vietnam as the cradle of "Tuong" classic theatre and was the ancient capital of the Cham (1000-1471) Nearby are the Banh It Towers and the Duong Long Towers built by the Cham and rising to a height of 22 metres, giving panoramic views of the surrounding area. The town has a large fishing fleet and famous for its local Bird's Nests.
