559 sqm Pillarless Grand Ballroom with 7.8 m ceiling. Can be divided into 4 sections; Location: Ground floor with foyer and direct access to separate driveway and entrance.

Iris and Lilac: 2 function rooms of 85 sqm each; Location: Ground floor, adjacent to Grand Ballroom

Dedicated Meeting floor with 7 function rooms, all interconnecting. All have natural light and can fit up to 35 people in banquet style; Location: Third floor

Outdoor

Large terrace overlooking the swimming pool and lush tropical garden. Ideal for coffee breaks, cocktails, dinner or wedding; Location: Third floor

Terrace overlooking the cityscape, ideal for lunch, cocktails, barbeque; Location: 18th floor

Poolside and garden. Ideal for gala dinners or weddings from 50 to 1,300 people 

Out of the Box

Club Q: Within the hotel complex, in its own private area, it is the ideal venue for a less formal meeting
or lunch, training session, team building gathering or private party; Maximum capacity is 150 people

LakeView: Overlooking the cityscape, adjacent to a large terrace. Ideal for cocktails, buffet lunch or dinner or small meeting. Location: 18th floor 

Business Centre

The Business Centre offers comprehensive secretarial services, facsimile, email, Hi-speed Internet, translation and interpretation, plus printing and photocopying. A variety of office equipment is also available for rent.

A variety of entertainment are available to perform at the wedding. From a string quintet to a jazz lounge vocalist, our wedding planners can suggest the best addition to set the mood for your most.

Cuisine
Our award winning culinary team can prepare a wedding reception or dinner to please your palate. Whether you prefer a lavish buffet spread or a traditional five-course menu served classical style, our chefs will ensure your celebration is served with the best cuisine. 

Conference Services

Secretarial Services
Dedicated secretarial services can be arranged at a fixed rate (minimum three hours required). Non-dedicated services are provided through the Business Centre.

High Internet Access
Broadband Internet can be arranged in all Meeting Rooms with advanced notice. All Public Areas such as Restaurants and Bars offer complimentary WIFI for all guests. Guest Rooms offer complimentary cabled Internet facilities to all guests staying with us.

Credit Cards/Foreign Currency
We accept all major credit cards including American Express, Visa, MasterCard, Diners Club and JCB. Major foreign currencies can be exchanged at the Front Office.

Concierge
Our concierge staff are on hand to help you with your transport needs as well as a range of other services to enhance your stay. Our staff speak English, Mandarin, , Japanese, Russian, French, German and Vietnamese. We can arrange simultaneous translation for conferences and meetings with advance notice.
