Baths

A soothing, hot bath is a lovely way to comfort tired muscles at the end of a long day let the warm, steamy air work miracles on your body and mind. While you lie back, close your eyes and relax. 

Herbal Healing

Sea Salt : Natural sea salt has been adopted by many spas and beauty treatments. Mixed with essential oils, its gritty texture makes it an effective body scrub.

Whit Clay : This white chalks natural cooling properties and pleasant smell makes it perfect as an ingredient in face masks and body wraps.

Moor Mud : ‘Moor (healing earth) Mud’ rich in botanicals, vitamins, minerals and natural antibiotics is recognized as helping prevent and combat many diseases and ailments, along with providing a general feeling of well being.

Massage Oils Rosemary : Rosemary oil is invigorating and energizing helping stimulate circulation in the scalp and so improve the condition of the hair and promote its growth. It is said to enhance the color of dark hair. Its astringent action helps tighten skin and harmonize hair and skin.

Lavender : Lavender has been used since ancient times and is probably the most versatile and widely used essential oil. Due to its sedative nature, lavender has long been recommended as an aid to relaxation and better sleep.

Jusmine : Jasmine is a balancing oil that can be uplifting and relaxing, revitalizing and restorative. It helps create feelings of optimism, emotional warmth and self confidence. It is often used to deepen and regulate breathing, and is useful in massage for relieving pain and relaxing tense muscles.

Sweet Orange : Sweet Orange is native to Brazil and the United States. It is a warm energy and is considered one of the most popular oils in the world. It is used in aromatherapy for its refreshing, cheering and uplifting properties. Sweet Orange is also used when one needs to focus or concentrate. It is great in a diffuser in the office. Avoid exposure to the sun if you apply it to the skin.

Bargamot : Bergamot has excellent calming and anti-depressant qualities, due to its high ester content. Like most citrus oils, bergamot helps to relax and lift depression. Used in conjunction with a relaxing massage it helps reduce anxiety and stress.
